Ginger Warren - Vice President of Operations for Performance Systems
Ginger’s background began with National Sales at a processor located in Atlanta.
She quickly found a niche into the rapidly growing gift and loyalty card division as Business Development Manager traveling and training the Sales team on the gift and loyalty platforms. After 3 years she was approached by Performance Systems to join the team as Implementation Manager, in charge of the numerous details to launch a successful incentive program. After a year in Implementation, Ginger moved into Operations as a Sr. Account Manager and then as Director of Operations and recently promoted to Vice President of Operations. Her strong history in Management and skills in organization has helped her create an efficient Operations Team.
