Steve Damerow - CEO
Steve Damerow is the founder and chief executive officer of Incentive Solutions, Inc. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing all functional areas and overall strategic and product direction for the company. Steve brings to his role extensive experience in the incentive industry and enjoys a reputation for formulating innovative concepts that change the industry. With a 20-year career marked by successfully run award-winning incentive travel programs for top companies, he also has been instrumental in creating the thriving company that Incentive Solutions is today. Prior to founding Incentive Solutions in 1994, Steve was vice president of sales and marketing for U.S. Motivations. Prior to then, he was an accounts representative with Osborne Incentives, which later became U.S. Motivations. Steve received a bachelor of science degree in international relations from Berry College, Rome Ga. He also holds a master of science degree in international economics from the University of Freiburg, Germany, and a master of science degree in international marketing from the American Graduate School of Management (Thunderbird).
