Wesley Hardwick – Vice President of Operations
Wesley is Incentive Solutions Vice President of Operations with responsibility for managing the day to day operations of the ISI travel department. Wesley brings more than 20 years of operational experience to this position, 17 of which were spent as a Corporate Planner at AT&T. While at AT&T, Wesley provided event management expertise for the top 50 executives of the company including the Chairman and CEO and had responsibility for producing more than 200 events annually, with a budget of more than $25M. The list of events for which Wesley managed AT&T’s presence included:
- The Olympic Games
- The Republican and Democratic National Conventions
- The AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am
- The AT&T Annual Shareholders and Board of Directors Meeting
Wesley holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Incentive Solutions and manages a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Coordinators operating 30-35 meetings and travel incentive programs annually at a variety of locations across the U.S., Europe and South America. The sizes of the programs vary from customer to customer but range in size from 40 attendees to more than 2,300 attendees with the overall program average being 200-300 attendees.
