JetBlue Airways leads the industry in customer loyalty programs

JetBlue Airways is being honored for their JetBlue Promoters program, their customer loyalty program.  The success of this program enabled them to score more than 40 points above the industry average.  These benchmarks are based on a survey of over 19,000 consumers and compares loyalty programs in an effort to see which companies would likely be recommended by existing customers to other consumers.

When loyal JetBlue passengers refer others to JetBlue Airways, they receive perks such as a free first checked bag, free live TV, seats with extra legroom, and complimentary snacks.

According to Robin Hayes, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for JetBlue, “We wouldn’t be where we are today without our loyal customers.  We are honored that our customers have recognized us as the airline industry leader in this year‘s Net Promoter Industry Benchmarks”.

As shown with the JetBlue Promoters program, offering a customer loyalty program only serves to enhance the likelihood of repeat business.  Seeking advice from the pros in the incentive industry on exactly how to kick-off a consumer rewards program, is a move in the right direction.
