It’s well known that reward programs increase incentive and revenue; in line with this business strategy, Epicor Software Corporation has broadened its three-tiered partner incentive program to include professional services.
According to CRN magazine, CEO George Klaus recently claimed a spot as a 2010 Channel Chief for Epicor’s channel partner incentive programs.
Klaus was reported telling a source, “I am honored to be named a 2010 Channel Chief. Epicor is proud to work closely with our global channel partners to deliver unmatched value to our customers worldwide.”
Epicor utilizes a ‘soft touch’ in offering business software solution. CNN Money reports that part of Epicor’s new broader strategy is to reward business partners who are focused on implementing new solutions which will better serve their Epicor customer base.
Over the past four years, Epicor’s channel partners have raised revenue contributions well over 80%. In efforts to continue this trend, the company will move forward expanding its reward programs.
In addition to this, Epicor 9 program, an established tool, helps Epicor’s partners readily adapt its products to required industry-specifications. This in turn has been useful in building Epicor’s business partners.
A study from the Australian Graduate School of Management proposes that partner programs geared at helping distributors process products usually offers positive results. It would make sense for other companies to take note of Epicor’s channel incentive programs and implement their own programs to create mutually profitable business partnerships.
