How is the first quarter of 2018 already over?! We’ve been so busy and excited about all of our new partnerships, when we stopped to take a breath and crunch the numbers, we realized…this quarter was our best on record! You put your trust in us to motivate your participants and that’s what motivates us to be the best incentive advisor and partner we can be. Whenever we’re waiting to get our Client Satisfaction Survey results, it’s like being on Dancing with the Stars, waiting to hear the judge’s scores…ugh, the suspense! The survey lets us know if we’re the incentives advisor our clients can count on, and where we could improve. What did we learn from this year’s survey?

  • Survey response rate was 24.4%.
  • 60% of respondent's roles were in their company's Marketing department.
  • 91% of respondents were incentive program administrators or involved in their program's overall strategy.

Our Participant Services Manager, Ryan Horton, has proven time and time again to be an invaluable asset to Incentive Solutions. He keeps our clients' participants happy and always keeps his team motivated. "I cannot do my job without Ryan beside me," says Director of Account Management, Mandy Freeman. "He is, to quote Top Gun, the goose to my maverick. He embodies all of our company core values and focuses on great results, as seen in 100% of accomplished goals. He's consistent, checks his ego at door and would never say anything about employees he wouldn't say to their face. Stuart Clarke Developer Originally from New Brunswick, NJ, Stuart is a DeVry University alum with a B.S. in Computer Science. His 19-year IT career includes a broad software development background in telecommunications, broadband, wireless, and multimedia. Before joining Incentive Solutions, he worked at AT&T, where he received a U.S. patent for software he authored. His hobbies are sports shooting, youth basketball coaching and dog training. Welcome to our IT team, Stuart! Shan Mosley Copywriter Shan grew up in Atlanta, GA. After graduating from Agnes Scott College with a BA in English Literature-Creative Writing, she worked in publishing and on indie film sets around town. Fun fact about her? She’s traveled to 24 countries and picked each destination based on what traditional culinary delights were there! She still dreams about some of the food. Welcome to Incentive Solutions, Shan! Alyse Orr Office Manager Alyse was born in Michigan and has a BFA from Ball State University in graphic design with an emphasis in glass blowing. She blew glass at Cedar Point theme park for three summers. During her three years living in Atlanta, she's gained job experience in retail, catering, even some dog sitting! Noel Stogsdill Participants Services Coordinator Noel grew up in a transcontinental household and quickly developed an internet obsession to keep her in contact with other humans, in spite of her ever-changing address.
