We Partnered Up with The CapStreet Group!

We partnered with the CapStreet Group back in July. Impressed with our work in the incentives industry, CapStreet is investing in our future so that we can invest more into our clients and employees! Based in Houston, Texas, CapStreet is a private equity firm with $340 million of committed capital. Fun fact? News of the announcement reached just under 87 million people, including some folks at Yahoo! Finance and Wall Street Journal Market Watch.

The Clowns Are Coming... The Good Kind!

It's the season for clowns! No, not the creepy kind. We mean the Atlanta Clown Corps. On December 1st, our CEO Mark Herbert will put on his clown gear and join fellow Atlanta business leaders in visiting children at the Children's Hospital of Atlanta. After, they will march in the annual Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Parade. Mark's goal this year is to raise $4,500 for Atlanta's children. Help his cause by donating!

The BthruB Leadership Summit Was a Home Run!

We (tomahawk)-chopped it up at this year’s baseball-themed BthruB Leadership Summit (go, Braves!). Each year, Incentive Solutions hosts the annual summit where B2B industry experts meet to exchange best practices and incentive marketing strategies that work. This year, we shared our most recent work – “The Incentive Program Playbook” – and dropped a new tech development. And there's more to come, so be on the lookout for further announcements!
A New RewardTrax, a New You IT Business Analyst Patrick O’Brien gave BthruB attendees a sneak peak of V5, the latest version of RewardTrax, our Software as a Service (SaaS) incentive solution. “It was a collaboration of the product development, IT, account management and marketing teams,” Patrick said. The collaborative effort birthed a modern look and feel. Taking inspiration from Amazon.com, the revamp features greater responsiveness and a complete user interface upgrade to the RewardTrax we all know and love. Consider it a new look for your incentive program in the new year!
The Incentive Program Playbook What’s behind a successful incentive program, really? That’s the question our VP of Sales, Luke Kreitner, and Director of Account Management, Mandy Freeman aimed to answer in their presentation. They delivered three tactical “bases” every incentive program needs to be successful. A Big "Thank You" for All Your Generous Donations

Employees and clients – thank you all for making our fifth year fundraising for the Agape Great Backpack Give-Away a great, big success! Because of all your generous point donations, we donated 124 backpacks to underserved children in Atlanta, beating our goal of 110 backpacks.

Patrick, the It Guy in IT!

IT Business Analyst Patrick has only been with us for a year, but in that short time he’s impressed us with every project he takes on. This summer, he encountered his most challenging “project” yet. When our VP of Technology had to take an unexpected leave, Patrick did more than step up to the plate – he owned it.

“Patrick stepped out of his comfort zone and job description,” said VP of Technology, Kelly Held, “He presented to our clients at the BthruB Leadership Summit, reworked processes that saved management time, ran documentation and acted as a liaison between departments while I was out. He did so well, I’ll probably let him keep the job.” Congratulations, Patrick, and thanks for always putting forth your best effort!

Nicole Garcia grew up in Ponce, Puerto Rico, a sunny city known for its historic architecture. At the age of two, she discovered her love of dance – a love that would take her to Florida years later. In Florida, Nicole attended Valencia College where she majored in Dance. Nicole comes to Incentive Solutions with a diverse background in dance, education and customer service. Nice to have you on team, Nicole! So now that you’re on the team, can you share some of your moves with us at this year’s Christmas Party?

Amy Green is an events management magician. An attendee of Georgia State University’s hospitality program, she initially worked in the hotel industry before switching to the operational role at Coca-Cola that launched her career in strategic events. Amy has managed events in places most people only read about, namely in the Arctic Circle and at a decommissioned nuclear reactor in Sweden. Charo – a Spanish-American actress, singer and entertainer – once saved her life and honeymoon. Welcome aboard, Amy, we’re thrilled to have you as a new member of the team!

 

Jeisi Solis

Jeisi Solis has done it all. That is, in customer service. From working as an assistant to a tattoo artist to wo-manning the phones at a call center, Jeisi knows what it takes to keep customers happy. When Jeisi isn’t troubleshooting for participants, you can find her mudding after a rainy day or exploring trails on sunny afternoons. She’s also an animal lover with a total of 11 pets: two horses, five dogs, two turtles, a snake and a bearded dragon. Welcome to the team, Jeisi. We eagerly await all the animal pictures!

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, William made his way down to Georgia to earn his Masters in Software Engineering from Kennesaw State University. Before joining Incentive Solutions, William worked as a contractor for the CDC as a .Net Developer. In his free time, William enjoys spending quality time with his wife of 12 years and three year old daughter. John Zielke knows software engineering like the back of his hand. A natural-born techie, he’s racked up over 25 years of experience not only developing software and managing development projects, but teaching it as a professor, too.
