Leadership Team Promotions: Mandy Freeman Named VP of Account Management

by: Mark Herbert March 26, 2019

Now that the PR has hit the wire, I’m excited to announce that my longtime colleague, Mandy Freeman was promoted to an executive leadership positions with Incentive Solutions earlier in the quarter. ISI has been off to a fast start in 2019. We announced her promotion internally at the beginning of January. Now that we’ve had a minute to catch our breath, we are ready to make it official.

I think one of the most rewarding experiences during my time at Incentive Solutions has been watching the people around me grow and being able to be a part of that. Growth is a huge part of our focus—both for our clients and our employees. Over the past 11 years, I have had the privilege of watching Mandy grow into the leaders she is today.

Leadership Team Development

I think as a business leader it’s important to surround yourself with people who bring a diversity of thought to the leadership team. Each member of our leadership team brings a different management style, a different background, a different area of expertise. Mandy Freeman is more focused on the human side of things. She brings a lot of empathy and really understands how people interact.

We definitely challenge each other and learn from each other. But, at the end of the day, we share a company vision, a drive to succeed, and are dedicated to promoting an organizational culture that focuses on growth.

Mandy Freeman, VP of Account Management

Mandy Freeman began her career at Incentive Solutions in sales, with a background in the medical industry—first as a dietician at a hospital and then as donor recruitment representative with the Red Cross. However, she transitioned into account management where she hit the ground running, helping some of our biggest clients to successfully implement strategic incentive programs.

Her time in the trenches and hands-on approach with clients, combined with excellent communication skills, have made her an integral part of our continual upgrades to our incentive technology. She has a knack for incorporating client feedback into the kind of functionality that will help them improve their sales channel and a focus on making everything more user-friendly.

As VP of Account Management, Mandy is a member of the executive leadership team. She manages the account management team at Incentive Solutions, which oversees over 220 accounts across various industries. In addition, she performs program reviews for some of our larger clients and helps with planning our BthruB Summit, where we host some of our clients to get a better feel for the issues they’re facing and how we can better serve them.

She really embodies the collaborate spirit at ISI. You can read her full PR here.

The Importance of the Leadership Team at Incentive Solutions

In addition to our cutting-edge incentive technology, I think the biggest thing Incentive Solutions offers its clients is our people. We strive to be experts—both in our industry and in the industries of the clients we work with. Our focus on growth, our entrepreneurial spirit, and our dedication to go above and beyond, are contagious. Those are all things that we bring to the table for our partners, as well as a wealth of experience and insight into channel sales.

And it starts with our leadership team. It’s up to us to set the example, to embody the kind of organizational culture that will allow us—and our clients—to grow. However, having people like Mandy Freeman by my side makes all of that a whole lot easier.

I’m excited to continuously push each other to grow and to see how far we can go.

Yours,

Mark Herbert
