Ready for some exciting news? For the ninth year in a row, the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) name Incentive Solutions one of Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®!
What does being the “best and brightest” mean, exactly? Each year, NABR collaborates with an independent research firm to judge companies that enter the competition based on their corporate culture. Some of these corporate culture elements include compensation, benefits, employee engagement, employee enrichment, shared vision, diversity, and work-life balance.
This win is a special one for Incentive Solutions, as it align with the beginning of COVID-19 pandemic recovery. Incentive Solutions’ strong corporate culture allowed us to retain employees and provide for our clients through a challenging time, but it hasn’t been easy to be apart. We announced Best and Brightest win internally at the company’s first in-person company gathering since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, which included tacos and shaved ice (yum!). As Incentive Solutions President and CEO Mark Herbert said,
In many ways, the separation during quarantine felt like being away from family. Being back together has been energizing and motivating. I think, more than ever, we value and understand the strength and importance of working together. Our first in-person event felt like the perfect time to celebrate being one of Atlanta’s best and brightest companies.
