Caesars Entertainment launches rewards program with multi-city concert

Caesars Entertainment, operators of 52 casinos worldwide, recently launched its “Escape to Total Rewards” customer loyalty program and unveiled the next generation of total rewards loyalty initiatives.

Caesars Entertainment has added a wide array of extras to its global network of exclusive experiences for new and returning total rewards members and did so with the help of some of the nation’s leading entertainers.

The program launch was reigned in by performances from Cee Lo Green, Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, Gavin DeGraw and P. Diddy. Maroon 5 performed a free concert at Union Station in Chicago. The customer reward program, Escape to Total Rewards is billed as the largest promotion in the history of the company as it looks to surpass the needs of the traditional gamer and provide an all-encompassing offering.

“Total Rewards has long been considered the standard-bearer for loyalty programs within the gaming industry,” said Gary Loveman, CEO and president of Caesars Entertainment. “However, our business has grown to encapsulate so much more than gaming; every single one of our nearly 40 resorts across the country provides a 360-degree entertainment experience.”

Performances in Los Angeles, New York City and New Orleans joined the one in Chicago, and for the next 90 days, members of the total rewards program will have an endless number of chances to win more than 90,000 prizes through the Escape to Total Rewards game that can be accessed online.

“This next generation of the Total Rewards program seeks to expand the customer experience by providing additional ways for our members to earn points both on and off property,” Loveman added. “Total Rewards is no longer just a gaming loyalty program; whether traveling for business or pleasure, playing or simply staying, all of our guests will find value and benefit in a Total Rewards membership.”

Customer reward programs can also take place on much smaller scales. Melrose Jewelers recently announced a 3 percent cash back loyalty program on all its products, including Rolex watches, including the new collection of Rolex Sports Watches that has gained popularity among the outdoorsy demographic. These models can be worn in any number of extreme conditions including while surfing, racing, hiking and other outdoor activities.
