Channel Partner Sales Incentive Program Propelled by ForeScout

ForeScout, based in Denver, recently announced a worldwide campaign geared to promote an innovative incentive program targeting channel partners that are authorized resellers. The company is one of the top providers of automated security control solutions for a number of Fortune 1000 organizations and government institutions.

Sales incentives is the featured element of ForeScout program, along with a newly designed portal with a self-serve, interactive format. The portal will “allow channel partners to demand generation and create sales enablement access.”

Vice president of worldwide sales Brant Kennedy explained that the basis of ForeScout’s success “has been superior product and customer satisfaction combined with a commitment to invest in resources that nurture partner growth.” He added that partner program enhancements have been created to “streamline sales, marketing and support activities while providing greater means for our partners to identify business opportunities and drive revenue.”

Building on the effectiveness realized by the company’s prior partner program, ForeScout’s Access Partner Program is focused on an automated security control format geared to provide participants with the ability to promote and deliver services to a number of varied partners.

Additional featured elements of the program include: sales and sales engineers training, tiered partner levels determined by desired margins, and a dedicated partners’ technical portal for ‘updates’ access.

Maryland-based Patriot Technologies’ chief operating officer Jorge Diaz explained that clients love the ForeScout program because it’s “easy to use, integrated and interoperable.” He added, “It essentially electrifies the perimeter fence so that only secured devices touch the enterprise.” Along with this, “it provides immediate visibility.”

The ForeScout’s website states that the company’s mission is to “empower its clients” with all-inclusive access and security. This is accomplished through a surplus of information attainable “by a large number of sources for its intended purposes.”

Another area the ForeScout program exceeds in is IT security. CipherTechs’ CEO Nic Alicandri explained that his clients like the program’s ability to find and resolve IT security issues, as well as offer them complete and secure access via personal mobile devices. A unique feature is that ‘live’ security threats can be controlled immediately through the mobile devices.
