What Gave Us the Idea for the Incentive Program Playbook?

This incentive program guide has been a long time in the works. The genesis of this e-book stems from a presentation we gave at our BthruB 2018 Leadership Summit. However, when we realized the response it generated from thought leaders in various industries, we knew this was something we had to release to the public.

The challenge was to take a PowerPoint and to repackage that knowledge into a form that anyone could understand – from the comfort of their personal computer.

At Incentive Solutions, we aspire to “Always be learning.” I think an important part of that is to be willing to be a teacher. We all grow from sharing insights and exchanging knowledge. But sometimes that means stepping up to plate and going first.
