Steve Damerow is a veteran of the incentives industry. During his tenure as CEO at Incentive Solutions (ISI), the game-changing incentive company he founded in 1994, Damerow was the strategic brain in the operation. Before ISI, Damerow was the VP of Sales and Marketing for US Motivation. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the American Graduate School of Management.

Mark has over 25 years of experience in overseeing business operations. At WorldTravel Meetings & Incentives, he managed multi-million dollar travel programs and meetings as the Vice President of Incentives and Technology. In 2002, he joined Incentive Solutions as President and COO, and took the reins as President and CEO in 2018. But Mark isn’t all business all the time. Around Atlanta, he is well-known for his philanthropic work with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s Distinguished Clown Corps.

Scott joined Incentive Solutions in 2012, but served in leadership and finance positions in various franchising, healthcare, and software development companies such as TRX, Inc., AFC Enterprises, McKesson Provider Technologies, and RPG before signing on as CFO of Incentive Solutions in 2012.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia.

With his team of account managers, Luke drives strategic planning and tactical execution for our client’s programs. Prior to joining Incentive solutions, Luke spent seven years at Chevron Corporation in project management and marketing roles. Luke holds a MBA from St. Mary's College of California. He received his ROI Professional certification from the ROI Institute.

Kelly is the author and editor of several IT books and exams, including web development, database programming, and computer networking.

Since her start 2008, Nichole Gunn has transformed Incentive Solution's marketing and communications team to be the quality producing, creative backbone that the company relies on today. Nichole and her team manage and create all of the company's in and outbound marketing tactics. She began her career in incentives in 2005 at US Motivation where she focused on proposal design and communications.

Mandy started her incentives career in sales at Incentive Solutions, but quickly moved to account management because of her vast understanding of our incentive programs and technology.
